Dear Srila Gurudeva,
Please, accept my humble obeisances to your lotus feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! Hare Krishna!
How I wish to glorify you — the most outstanding person in my life… How I wish to tell you about my success in serving you… How I wish to bring you joy by opening my heart to you…
But… this year haven’t been easy to me, because every day all my energy goes to my family, to our three growing kids, to my work as a first-grade teacher (there are nine more kids in the class), as a teacher of preschool development and a yoga instructor for children.
I’m not sure if I really do my best, but I’m still trying to chant my rounds… unfortunately usually it’s not sixteen rounds. But I still chant. I’m still trying to read your and Srila Prabhupada’s books, but I’m doubting, whether I’ve finished any of them this year. But I still have a book in every room and in every of my bags. I still serve Tulasi and She still accepts my service in spite of me almost forgetting all the Bhajans.
So, this year I find myself so far from the spiritual world as I’ve never been before… But I still feel your support! In every minute of your lecture that I am luckily to hear, in every message on your social media that I read… And I’m so grateful for all these!
Guru Maharaj, please continue… The shelter, you give to everyone, is the real matchless gift! And because of you I will definitely overcome all the difficulties in my so happy life (it’s definitely happy, but still it’s the material world) and develop the discipline that will be enough to follow the rules and regulations in order to become your disciple.
