Dear Srila Gurudev,
Hare Krishna! Please accept my humble obeisances in the dust of Your lotus feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! All glories to You, Srila Gurudev.
On this day of Your Vyasa Puja, I want to express my gratitude. First of all, dear Srila Gurudev, You are an example of the perfect Srila Prabhupada’s servant, who has completely dedicated his life to the mission. Secondly, You are clearly demonstrating how it is possible to glorify and distribute the Holy name for many years throughout the world. We are watching You tirelessly do the grand preaching through festivals, harinams, kirtans, lectures, distributing prasadam in different parts of the world on a very large scale, thus giving conditioned living entities in an accessible and nectarean form this taste of Krishna Consciousness. Having tasted that nectar, a living entity experiences a real contact with Krishna in his life.
Also at the moment, when the governments all over the world have closed borders and announced a total quarantine due to the coronavirus pandemic, You being physically in Vrindavan keep sharing this nectar of Krishna-katha with the rest of the world. You are describing and telling very subtle and intimate details about the holy places of India and Lord Krishna’s pastimes. Listening to these lectures gives me a great taste for spiritual life, for the practice of devotional service. Thank You so much for this nectar.
Dear Srila Gurudev, You are showering so much mercy, giving so much taste for Krishna Consciousness, You are granting us to be strengthened with spiritual power to walk on the spiritual path, that I am infinitely grateful to You. Of course, I want to somehow please You in return. At the moment, I am trying to be strict in my sadhana: get up early in the morning, chant the holy names carefully, serve the Deities, conduct Mangal Arati, read Srimad Bhagavatam and engage in practical devotional service.
Dear Srila Gurudev, I bow to Your lotus feet again and again, I ask for Your blessing, so that I can serve You with the same determination, as You are serving Srila Prabhupada. Dear Srila Gurudev, on Your appearance day, please, accept the wishes for a long life, good health and unhindered implementation of Your plans. Thank You for your example.
