From Snigdhamayi Sudevi devi dasi – India, Sridham Mayapur

Dear Maharaj,
Please accept my respectful obeisances at your divine lotus feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! All glories to you!
Happy Vyasa Puja! Thank you for celebrating your Vyasa puja here in Sridham Mayapur. Thank you for visiting Sridham Mayapur, for giving us so much of your time and valuable association through classes and morning japa sessions. These are undoubtedly the best moments of my life. As Srimad Bhagavatam 1.18.13 states: “The value of a moment’s association with the devotee of the Lord cannot even be compared to the attainment of heavenly planets or liberation from matter, and what to speak of worldly benedictions in the form of material prosperity, which are for those who are meant for death.”
You have been fearlessly spreading the holynames of the Lord from the concrete jungles to the sacred mountains in order to fulfil the predicament of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. While assisting Srila Prabhupada in his mission you have made friendly relations with the gypsies as well as the Goswamis. This verse from the Sad Goswami astakam exemplifies your qualities.” Dhīrādhīra-jana-priyau priya-karau nirmatsarau pūjitau śrī-caitanya-kṛpā-bharau bhuvi bhuvo bhārāvahantārakau”.
Your deep love for Srila Prabhupada is shown by everything that you do. In an evening class here in Sridham Mayapur last time during your visit you chocked up as you said, “Dear Srila Prabhupada I will follow you wherever you will go for preaching, even if it is to the hellish planets.”
You continue to perform your favourite activity of bringing everyone closer to Lord Krishna’s lotus feet for the pleasure of your divine master, Srila Prabhupada. I am reminded of Prahlad Maharaj as he prays in Srimad Bhagavatam 7.9.44: “My dear Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva, I see that there are many saintly persons indeed, but they are interested only in their own deliverance. Not caring for the big cities and towns, they go to the Himālayas or the forest to meditate with vows of silence [mauna-vrata]. They are not interested in delivering others. As for me, however, I do not wish to be liberated alone, leaving aside all these poor fools and rascals. I know that without Kṛṣṇa consciousness, without taking shelter of Your lotus feet, one cannot be happy. Therefore I wish to bring them back to shelter at Your lotus feet.”
You are so dear to all the previous acaryas. May my respect for you increase with each passing second. You are our Mr. Title, giving us all the love, care and attention as we are taking baby steps in Krishna consciousness. Thank you for being so tolerant and encouraging.
You do not care for your own comforts, as you sleep in a science lab to wake up to see a monkey’s brain stored in a jar for decades during the Polish tour. I was moved when we reached the hotels in Malda and before even entering your own room you entered into one devotee’s room to make sure it was comfortable. Thank you for being so loving and caring.
Thank you for asking us to stay in Sridham Mayapur and filling our lives with so much mercy, so much mercy!
May Sri Sri Radha Madhava and Astasakhis, Sri Sri Prahlad Nrisimhadev, Sri Sri Pancatattva bless you with long and healthy life.
Please forgive me for my offenses knowingly or unknowingly I have committed unto your lotus feet.
Thank you, Your aspiring servant, Snigdhamayi Sudevi devi dasi
