Dear Srila Gurudeva,

Hare Krishna! Please accept my humble obeisances.

My name is Amiya Vilasa, I’m 15 years old. I am from Kiev, Ukraine.
I am very happy that You are giving the opportunity to send an online offering to Your Vyasa Puja. This is an amazing opportunity to share my gratitude and thoughts. I want to thank You for those sacred words that You share with us in Your lectures, I am so excited about what I heard. It’s a pity that this year I probably won’t have an opportunity to see You and Your wonderful disciples personally, but I understand that all is for the best and Krishna will definitely take care of us. Separation from the Spiritual Master and devotees gives us a chance to appreciate these intimate relationships and in no case neglect them.

With warmth in my heart I remember Your Vyasa Puja last year, which took place in Dnipro. I visited it for the first time and I am so grateful to Krishna for this opportunity. At the end of the festival tears of forthcoming separation flown from my eyes, I remember that feeling. Your kirtans are so dear to me and close to my heart… They always inspire me in devotional service and for my development. I am so glad for a chance of associating with Your disciples, their friendship inspires me and their communication connects me with You.

By boundless grace last year I visited the Polish tour and Woodstock. On the tour I realized and understood a lot, it was a great opportunity for the wonderful service for Srila Prabhupada’s mission. So many hours of service were very sweet. That time has taught me a lot and I’m happy about it. I am so inspired by the festivals, as well as the Polish tour, where so many devotees come together. Surrounded by them I have the opportunity learn how to accept and take an example from their courage in service. I thank You for allowing me to chant Pranama mantra last year. It gave me the courage to chant the sixteen rounds of the Hare Krishna Maha-mantra every day.

From the little knowledge that I know about Srila Prabhupada, I realized for myself that His mindset is very similar to Yours. This is an incredible feeling: to be in Guru Parampara… Due to Your lectures and the spiritual knowledge that I receive from devotees incredible thoughts began to open up for me about Krishna and the Guru, which I had never known before. This knowledge seemed to be familiar for me from childhood, but only now I understand it more deep, and it opens my eyes.

Also this year I tried to engage my ability to draw more as service for Krishna and I feel Krisna is taking care about my qualification in this activity. I am intensely grateful to You for giving an example of how to accomplish the mission of the Spiritual Master with incredible devotion. I want to beg Your blessings to overcome the fears that prevent me from developing in Krishna Consciousness and to realize always that all that is best for me is due to Srila Prabhupada who gives us such a great example of faith, confidence and devotion.

I tried very hard to write an offering sincerely and be myself. I have no qualifications, but I still want to wish You that Srila Prabhupada would always be pleased with You and to be inspired to continue the great mission of spreading Krishna Consciousness around the world. All glories to Srila Prabhupada!
