Dearest Gurudeva,
Please accept my humble obeisances at your lotus feet.
All glories to Srīla Prabhupāda. All glories to you on this day on your appearance.

“I offer my respectful obeisances unto my spiritual master, the deliverer of the fallen souls. His mercy turns the dumb into eloquent speakers and enables the lame to cross mountains.” A perfect disciple assimilates the guru’s instructions in their heart and despite challenging circumstances continues carrying forward that instruction without any selfish desire. In the depths of my soul, I also constantly strive to be like this, and to constantly maintain in my heart the pure flame that I received from you, from the all-consuming sea of flame of love for Krishna. You have appeared in this world to deliver many fallen conditioned souls lost in this vast labyrinth of nescience, false hopes and unfulfilled promises.
Thank you for being for me: the light, song, dance, laughter, hope. A perfect example who is still so humanlike. I know that this sounds like a perspective of a bee trying to describe a blooming forest.
I pray to the lotus feet of the Lord, to Radha and Krishna for your good health so you can be with us for as long as possible.
All your actions teach us about devotion to guru and Krishna, each breath of yours is dedicated to this goal, and all words you utter is enriched with love and devotion, so that we may strive to reach loving devotion and Krishna. Persons so insignificant as me can only get the shelter of your lotus feet out of your causeless mercy to commit to Krishna and to reach His eternal abode of Goloka. I am lost for words trying to express my tremendous, good fortune that you are my spiritual master. I am your least qualified disciple. I wish every day to be a Vyasa-puja day of our beloved spiritual master, so we may glorify
you every day. I will remain eternally grateful for you, and I hanker to remain in your closeness, in the
service of your lotus feet.
I offer my obeisances at your lotus feet.
Your unworthy servant, a tiny soul,
Gītāvalī dd. and Bh Gergő
