“I was born in the darkest ignorance and my spiritual master opened my eyes with the torch of knowledge. I offer him my most humble and respectful obeisances to His lotus feet.”

Dear Gurudev,

Please accept my most humble obeisances, my heart bows to your divine lotus feet.

Your Vyasa Puja Gurudev arrives, full of achievements, at this moment seeing your photograph, with such a clean and disinterested view, that comes and goes full of love, I try to see you always Gurudev, as a gift that Krishna gave to me lifetime.
Four years have passed since the last time I was able to have your sweet
association, but during this time in the deepest part of my soul, you are tattooed on my heart, your sincere smile, your static dances, and your care for all your disciples. And of course the day I had your causeless mercy, that great day that you accepted me as your disciple.

I am a very conditioned soul, Gurudev, and day after days I feel further from being able to serve you, to understand that despite my multiple mistakes and defects there is a beating being, my soul that cries out, to feel that sweet nectar again, to return to feel that full happiness that my soul received just by hearing you sing.

I will never be able to thank what you have done for me Gurudev, you are that light that lights my way, you hold me with the hook of compassion, by your mercy you help me to dispel the darkness of my mind, but I am a soul so fallen that I do not value or reciprocate all this that you do for me, I feel so unfortunate and I have broken my promise over and over again. Forgive me for all my offenses.

Gurudev, I hope someday to be able to serve you as you deserve. Thank you for imparting this knowledge of Krishna bhakti, I thank Krishna for your life, your health, and the magic of Krishna in your Kala form, and asking to keep you in our lives for much longer.

Your eternal servant, Rasamandali Priya Dasi
